Mr. Dhaval Vussonji is the founder of the young and fast expanding firm Dhaval Vussonji & Associates. Representative Matters
- Represented Binani Cements, the operational creditors in a landmark judgement, the newly introduced insolvency law was made effective in the nation, there was chaos as regards the rights of the various stakeholders in insolvency under the new code.
- Represented Bharti Shipyards
- Advised the Xander Group with acquisition of approx. 20 Acres of Prime Land at Thane, near Viviana Mall from J.K. Investo Trade (India) Limited (Raymond Group), that once upon a time, housed its flagship textile factory.
- Advised Varde India Investment Adviser Private Limited with Strata acquisition (bulk) of Commercial Premises in Lodha Excelus, New Cuffe Parade.
- Advised Raysut Cement Company on acquisition in the Middle East/Africa and have drafted Shareholder and Share Purchase Agreements for these jurisdictions.
