Ms. Minal D. Sampat brings two decades of experience in the practice area of Conveyancing (Real Estate) – including
• Title due diligence,
• Structuring transactions,
• Drafting documents pertaining to Conveyance, Lease/License, Development and Redevelopment Contracts, Wills, Estate and Succession Planning, General Commercial Contracts; and
• Advising on stamp duty, registration laws, Development Control Regulations and the related procedural requirements of the concerned authorities.

As an integral part of real estate practice, her expertise also lies in analysis of stamp duty and registration laws and advising on suitable form of documentation.
Ms. Sampat is an advisor to real estate developers, business houses, HNIs and Banks.

Advised Varde India Investment Adviser Private Limited on the title due diligence of the Project “New Cufe Parade” being developed by Lodha Group. 

• Advised leading developers such as Shapoorji Pallonji, Nahar Group, Suraj Estate Developers with respect to title and structuring of their various real estate projects.

• Advising number of Housing Societies on the redevelopment of their properties both under self-redevelopment schemes and under joint development schemes with Developer. 

• Advising HDFC Limited on the title issues with respect to the borrowers’ assets ofered as security in lending contracts and measures to overcome the same. 

• Advising Individual Clients with respect to Estate and Succession Planning including drawing up their Wills and Private Family Trusts.
